The Ontario Caregiver Organization welcomed Baycrest and Dr. Adriana Shnall, Program Director of the Baycrest Koschitzky Centre for Innovations in Caregiving, for an exciting session on the Canadian Caregiver Assist and Referral Tool (C-CART) – a free, easy-to-use online tool created to support family caregivers.
