What is the SCALE Program? 

The SCALE (Supporting Caregiver Awareness, Learning and Empowerment) Program offers this series of videos on relevant caregiver topics through the lens of personal mental health and well-being.

Whether you’re a new or experienced caregiver, the more you know about mental health, the better. 

Want to join live? The SCALE program is offered twice yearly.

You can sign up anytime, even once the program has begun, as long as spaces are available.

SCALE is also available on demand.
