Caregiver Coaching Program

We all need a little extra support from time to time.  

The Caregiver Coaching Program is a professional one-to-one relationship between a coach and a caregiver. 

Our coaches have a professional background in health or social services, along with personal experience as a caregiver.

Up to six coaching sessions are offered by phone or Zoom. To find out if you qualify, or to register, please fill out our self-referral form now.

Please note: The Caregiver Coaching Program is a limited, eligibility-based service.

Caregiver Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or peer support. 

Coaches use their lived experience to validate and work through your current challenges
