Community, Connection, and Healthy Aging for Older Adult Caregivers

As a caregiver, staying connected to your community while finding support for yourself and the person you care for can be difficult. The Older Adult Centres’ Association of Ontario (OACAO) and Ontario’s network of Seniors Active Living Centres (SALCs) offer programs and services designed to promote healthy aging and social participation for older adults and caregivers alike.

Watch this webinar and learn:

  • How OACAO and SALCs support healthy aging, social connection, and wellbeing for older adults and caregivers across Ontario.
  • Initiatives like Seniors Active Living Fairs and Links2Wellbeing: Social Prescribing for Older Adults (connecting older adults to community-based programs and supports) and how they can help you access local resources and meaningful social opportunities.
  • Where to find Seniors Active Living Centres, upcoming Fairs, and additional OACAO resources near you.
