Young Lee, Board Member

Young is the Vice President, Finance/Chief Financial Officer at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). Prior to SickKids, he served in executive positions with North York General, and Grand River Hospitals where he provided leadership across diverse portfolios of responsibility including finance, digital health, and data/analytics. Young was also Partner, National Health Transformation Services Leader at Deloitte.

He currently serves on the Board of SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health and the Dorothy Ley Hospice and previously served on the Board of Children’s Bridge.

His experience is and perspectives on health system care delivery and models of care is grounded in his lived experience as a caregiver to his father prior to his passing, and primary support for his mother who resides close by.

Young holds a B.Sc. (Occupational Therapy) from the University of Toronto, MBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University), and he is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
