Aarushi Puri, Vice Chair

Aarushi Puri is Senior Counsel at ClickHouse, Inc., a high-growth technology company, where she supports and advises the go-to-market teams across the Americas. She has previously held in-house counsel roles at Kong Inc. and Metergy Solutions (previously, Enercare Connections) and practised at Stikeman Elliott LLP (Toronto) and Allen & Gledhill LLP (Singapore), advising on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, financings, and competition law.

Caregiving has been part of Aarushi’s life from a young age, when she helped care for her grandparents, and it continues today as she supports her parents. She sees caregiving as an act of love and connection, one that evolves over time and, in many families and cultures, is simply woven into everyday life rather than seen as a role with a name. That experience drives Aarushi’s commitment to making sure every caregiver feels recognized and has the help they need.

Aarushi is licensed to practise law in Ontario and New York. She holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from the National University of Singapore.

Right now, a caregiver in Ontario is wondering if they can keep going.
