Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.
Inviting Caregivers and Seniors (55+) for a 30 minute guided program focusing on breathing, visualization, and self-care practices, during these stressful times.
