Coping with the Holidays – a survival guide for caregivers of someone living with psychosis by Institute for Advancements in Mental Health

Are you a caregiver of someone living with psychosis? IAM invites you to join us to learn more about supporting our family members over the holiday season.

The session will cover the following topics:
Exploring holiday blues: How the holidays can affect mental health
Developing strategies to support the wellbeing of family members
Tips on dealing with psychosis during the festive season
How to create a safe and calm atmosphere
Self-care
Beyond blue: Coping with stress and depression during the pandemic
