Consent and Capacity in a Mental Health Setting by The Royal Family Information and Support Group

The Family Information and Support Group is hosting a virtual session on consent and capacity for caregivers.

This session, hosted on Zoom, will provide a basic understanding of the law regarding consenting to treatment in a mental health setting, and demystify consent, capacity and substitute decision-making.
