Chronic pain workshop series

Overview:

This is a free, 6 week chronic pain self-management program where managing pain is discussed through the use of various coping skills and strategies. This program was developed and researched at Stanford University and is now offered around the world!
Who should attend: 
  • People with chronic primary or secondary pain
  • People interested in learning how to better manage their chronic pain
  • Individuals caring for someone living with chronic pain ·
This is a “virtual” workshop: 
The entire workshop will be held “online”!
Each weekly session will be delivered using an online videoconferencing tool which will bring together workshop participants and leaders for interactive learning sessions.
What you will need:  
As long as you have access to a computer (preferably with a camera and microphone), iPad, iPhone or android device you’ll be able to participate.
