The Reitman Centre, Sinai Health Team & Eastern Ontario Health Program Partners invite you to their virtual program launch of evidence-based CARERS and TEACH clinical groups for care partners of persons living with dementia across Eastern ON. Learn more about specific program components such as problem-solving techniques, use of simulation and where to access CARERS and TEACH groups in Eastern Ontario.
This event is open to health care professionals, community support workers, care partners, patients, home support service clients and members of the general public.
This program, including CARERS and TEACH groups, is fully funded by the Ministry of Health and provided at no cost to care partners.
