Building Caregiver Capacity Collaborative Meeting

Building Caregiver Capacity Collaborative Meeting
Thursday, November 9, 2023
10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

We welcome caregivers, service providers, funders, and other organizations to join us to help build up caregiver supports, services and programs. We want to hear about your experience as a caregiver so that service providers and funders can better support you in your caregiving role and for providers to come together to share resources, identify service gaps, and develop action plans to address caregiver needs.

This event will be virtual, interactive, action oriented, and focused on caregivers.

Meeting highlights:
• Baycrest – presentation about Baycrest@Home and Caregiving 101 programs.
• Wellfort – presentation about different caregiver supports and other services.
