The Alzheimer Society: Services and Supports for Caregivers

Are you caring for a loved one with dementia?

Whether you are new to caregiving or just starting out, it can be an overwhelming experience. The Alzheimer Society offers programs and services that support people living with dementia and their care partners throughout the journey of dementia.

Join this one hour webinar to learn more about:

  • the programs and services available through the Alzheimer Society
  • how the Alzheimer Society can assist with navigating and connecting clients to community partners/organizations
  • access and eligibility requirements for programs and services

This webinar will be facilitated by two public education coordinators from the Alzheimer Society of Halton and the Alzheimer Society of Peel.

This webinar is ideal for family caregivers and professionals who directly support caregivers in their work.
