Who should attend? The Zoom session is open to:
– Family Councils Chairs and Members
– all family members of loved ones in LTC homes including those homes that do not have a Family Council and
– all LTC Administrators and Liaison Staff.

The Champlain Region Family Council Network (CRFCN) will be holding two ZOOM meetings between now and April 2022 to bring together families of LTC residents in the Region.
