Bits and Bites of Self Care for Older Adults
Come and learn about resources available to support you in your caregiving role and then be prepared to laugh!! A 30 min session of laughter yoga will complete this event.
Laughter yoga is joy, health and peace through laughter. It’s fun, easy and contagious!

Location: Via ZOOM, no cost to register, but registration is required.
