Nelson Loureiro is a Public-Sector Partner at PwC Canada. In his role, Nelson advises organizations on public sector transformation, strategic leadership, service modernization, and complex operational redesign.

He is deeply passionate about tackling complex governance, policy and service delivery challenges and building cross-sector consensus toward sustainable, long-term value creation for our communities at large. Previously, Nelson held senior executive roles across the Ontario Public Service and the City of Toronto, including Assistant Deputy Minister of Customer Care at ServiceOntario and Assistant Deputy Minister of Social Assistance Policy, Planning and Innovation at the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, where he focused on technology-enabled service reform, digital engagement, case management modernization, and the development of legislative and regulatory frameworks.

With over 28 years of public service experience, Nelson is a recognized leader in modernizing how governments deliver services to citizens.
