Our Speaker

Nicole Dauz is a mother, caregiver, and advocate who believes the most important relationship we nurture is the one with ourselves. By honouring her own needs-mind, body and soul-she has learned that self-care is the foundation of resilience and joy.

As a caregiver coach, speaker and author, Nicole has chosen happiness despite life’s challenges. Her greatest teacher has been her lived experience as a mother of a 20-yrear-old neurotypical son and a 17-year-old daughter with profound autism and a rare genetic disease.

Since 2019, Nicole has coached caregivers and facilitated webinars focused on managing overwhelm.

Right now, a caregiver in Ontario is wondering if they can keep going.
