DESCRIPTION:Caring for a family member or friend with a chronic condition can be physically\, emotionally\, and financially draining. This free six week workshop is a highly effective\, evidenced-based\, self-care educational program for family caregivers to build the skills caregivers need to take better care of themselves as they provide care for others. All participants will receive “The Caregiver Helpbook” resource book.  We suggest caregivers attend all six sessions of the workshop\, where possible.
