DESCRIPTION:Take part in a day devoted to sharing best practices that support\, empower and influence change for aging caregivers on both a community and systemic level. \nKeynote speakers Nasreen Khatri\, Clinician Associate\, Rotman Research Institute and Amy Coupal\, CEO\, Ontario Caregiver Organization will share their insights on ways to create conditions of inclusion for aging caregivers; how self-care plays a role; and how to use life-long learning and capacity building strategies to better integrate caregivers in the health system \nFree parking. Lunch will be provided.
