it is to have the support that you need on your caregiving journey.\u00a0Peer Mentors are experienced caregivers who are here to help you by \u2013<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing encouragement, support and acceptance<\/li>\n<li>Sharing in your lived experiences without judgement<\/li>\n<li>Discussing your wellbeing and help you build a plan and a pathway to ensure your wellbeing stays top of mind<\/li>\n<li>Providing support in developing coping strategies<\/li>\n<li>Providing support to help you set goals that you would like meet<\/li>\n<li>Be there for you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"paragraph-block-block_5f342b11f420a\" class=\"paragraph-block \">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n        <div class=\"large-8 large-offset-2 column\">\n            <div class=\"block-content \">\n                <h4>Selection Process<\/h4>\n<p>Peer Mentors are required to complete an initial screening\/interview with the Ontario Caregiver Organization as well as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference checks<\/li>\n<li>a Criminal Records check<\/li>\n<li>Successful completion of the Peer Mentor Training Modules before being matched with other caregivers who need their support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All Peer Mentors receive ongoing coaching and supervision by the Peer Support Program Lead.<\/strong><\/p>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"paragraph-block-block_5f342b6bf420b\" class=\"paragraph-block \">\n    <div class=\"row\">\n
