If you feel anxious and overwhelmed by your caregiving responsibilities, you\u2019re not alone. We all face challenges on our caregiving journey. It’s normal. And that’s why at the Ontario Caregiver Organization, we offer you an opportunity to connect one-on-one with another caregiver.

\r\nTogether with experienced caregivers, we created the 1:1 Peer Support Program. In three simple steps, you can speak directly with another caregiver, share your experiences and receive the emotional support that you need as you navigate this journey, together. Once you’ve chosen the caregiver volunteer Peer Mentor who is right for you, our Peer Support Program Lead will connect you with them. You will receive a phone call directly from your new volunteer Peer Mentor.
