DESCRIPTION:Date: February 7th\nTime: 11am-12pm\nFREE TO PARTICIPATE \nThere are 3.3. million caregivers in Ontario – ordinary people who provide physical and emotional support to a family member\, partner\, friend or neighbour\, without pay. While many caregivers find this role to be rewarding\, the majority find the overall management of caregiving stressful. \nThe Ontario Caregiver Organization (OCO) exists to improve the lives of Ontario’s caregivers.
