DESCRIPTION:Family caregivers and support staff provide essential support including physical and emotional assistance in a variety of different settings. In order to do this\, caregivers need support too. This presentation explores some of the challenges that can arise as well as some of the opportunities to build support\, preparedness and resilience along the way. You will learn about all the free programs and services offered across the province by Ontario Caregiver Organizations\, as well as all the resources and tools that Markham Public Library has available for local residents.
