DESCRIPTION:The Ontario Caregiver Coalition works to champion the contribution of Ontario’s caregivers and is a leading voice for change and fair access to caregiver supports . This one hour webinar\, facilitated by the Chair of the Ontario Caregiver Coalition\, will provide information on topics such as: \n\nthe work of the Ontario Caregiver Coalition\nthe financial costs of caregiving and its impact on caregivers\nidentifying policy changes to address caregiver financial challenges and ensure that caregivers receive the supports they need\npathways to change and approaches taken in other jurisdicitons\n\nThis webinar is open to family caregivers as well as health care providers who support family caregivers in their work.
