Join our weekly Health & Wellness Program
for Tamil Caregivers via Zoom. Workshops are designed
to address your holistic health needs while enabling
you to increase control over and improve your health
Workshops include:
self-care practices (e.g. therapeutic drawing, gratitude activity),
information on mental (e.g. stress management, coping skills) and
physical health (e.g. pain management, cardiovascular health),
seasonal health information (e.g. influenza), and much more
Every Tuesday from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
